As a chronic smoker, I tried multiple times to finally break my nicotine habit with little success.  Robert helped me find a way to quit for good, and I am forever thankful for his help.

He asked me thought provoking questions that lead to deep introspection about what I want in life, how I need to live to be my best self, and find out what matters most to me.  While he was the one asking questions, he did so in a guided way that allowed for me to be the one exploring and leading the sessions in directions that I needed to go in.  Robert never brought his personal self into our sessions, his presence was like a tool for self-exploration and enlightenment.  His patience and care with my journey towards a healthier life created an environment in which I was able to thrive and move forward.

My original intentions were merely to quit smoking, but I gained so much more out of my experience with Robert, which I carry with me every day.

Working with Robert as my Health Coach was a really positive experience. His energy and patience were important in allowing me to trust the process and figure out some critical things I didn’t ever take the time to work through on my own. Robert asked awesome questions that made me think about my health in new ways. I ended up generating new ideas for action steps to reach my goals, and was successful in implementing more yoga into my schedule. More yoga has meant I am more calm and more grounded, and this has had majorly positive impact on all aspects of my health and my life!
